National Service: Cikgu Yna

Her real name is Shareena. she thinks that i dont know her name simply because i prefer to call her cg reena. i think ina (she spells it YNA) sounds a bit old. well, you know in kadazan, ina means like grandma.. one day she actually asked me "apa kamu panggil cikgu tadi?" and i have to answer her "cikgu reena, sebab nama cikgu, shareena" just because not many people knows her name, doesnt mean i'm one of them =.=' anyway, i also like to call her cikgu garfield coz (1) she has a very adorable grey garfield hanging on her bag (which i always try to disturb) and (2) she loves cats, sometimes she even looks like cat when she smile. mata sepet somemore. i'm suspicious whether she is a chinese decendent.. hmm
Photobucket

sepet eyes kan?

she's rather close to my mentor, cg miza. they even tricked lin and i once *sigh*. it has something to do with kit layout, which i'll explain in cg miza's post. obviously cg miza was the mastermind while cg reena simply just play and tag along , but still! that was one of the worst trick done on us in the camp. whatever happened between them later on i dont know, but they work pretty well especially when it comes to training the camp representative for the netball match, which we got 2nd.

cg reena have a very cute way of expressing herself. i remember when we anyam the leaves for the closing ceremony backdrop, she got so irritated coz she keeps doing it the wrong way. it came to a point when she gave up and looked like she was going to cry, stood up, stamped her feet and went to do something else. she said she'd rather stop dealing with the leaves before she does any more damage to the poor leaves. lol.

besides that, it was raining and both of us wanted to go to the washroom. we were walking halfway when she suddenly realised that she forgot to take her dorm key, made a turn, sulk or rather made faces and started to stamp her feet again. hahaha! she looks like a little girl who just demanded a lollipop from her father. well, at least she took my advice to just go to the wirawati's washroom instead of going back for the key, and have to take off her boots and all again. in a way, i think i see myself in her, because i do that too sometimes, sulking, and stamping my feet =)

Photobucket
oh dear, i look damn fat and short here *sigh*

there was one day when she actually went almost below the table just to chase after a cat. seriously she can go crazy when she sees cats. if it's possible, she would carry and hug the cat. but ironicly, when the mother cat went into her room, she didnt dare to carry or shoo it out. she looked at cg sharah expecting her to deal with the mother cat, which finally cg sharah had the honour to shoo the cat away. haha.

PhotobucketPhotobucket

talking about cats, when the cats come to my dorm, sometimes i would carry them to dorm C and ask the cat to wait for cg reena to come back and deal with them, haha.. but it never worked out coz the cats will always come back to my dorm, until we have to close the door *sigh*

overall she's nice, a bit garang yet adorable and kuat merajuk (jokingly la, nothing serious). i remember she merajuk coz i brought ole-ole for cg sharah from kuching, but non for her... haha.. but! cg sharah promised to share the ole-ole with her. not my fault what, my mum told me to give the ole-ole to the teacher "who send and pick me up from the airport"! besides, it's not like i purposedly hand the thing over to cg sharah in front of her, the problem is everytime i went and look for cg sharah, she's not in. i walked all the way to her dorm 5 times before i can hand the thing over to her, you know!

National Service: The Food and Diet Programme

on the first day, my first impression on the food was VERY bad. i almost cried (yeh, i know, exagerating again) thinking that i'll have to eat such food for the next 3 months. however the food improve from day to day during the 1st week.

in fact, the food was not that bad really. sometimes it's even really good. except that
1. it's spicy. sometimes too spicy. and ironicly, the malay complain more than the chinese. i mean.. well, it's their everyday food, so they are supposed to be used to thay way of cooking right? one of my friends got upset stomach due to the spicy food.
2. almost everyday the food is cooked with coconut milk aka santan. no doubt it's nice. but too much coconut milk= not healthy. and if your food have the same taste all the time you get tired of the same taste. you get what i mean?
3. the vege is horrible. bless my soul and merlin's beard! i love and adore vege so much, and it's such a shame i cant take vege there!! i'm just not used to a few things like
a) the long beans/ sayur kacang is so tough coz it's half done. you may as well ask me to pluck the beans from my backyard and just eat them raw like that. even the selangorians complain. means that i'm not to be blame for being choosy!
b) the sayur sawi is another bad case. it's so damn bitter that it will leave my mouth the moment it enters my mouth! must be pesticides. and again, i'm not the only one complaining okay.
c) we take bean sprout/ tauge very often. not that it's bad, but i dont really like tauge. nevermind the fact that i was brainwashed about tauge and have a bad impression on that vege! but like it or not, just force it down your throat or you dont get enough fibre and end up with constipation.
d) the cabbage is always yellow. man.. whats with the kunyit? thank god it still taste good.
the rest of the vege are okay. normally i'll take more kangkung, spinach/ bayam and ladies fingers/ kacang lendir.
4. for the first few weeks, we take eggs almost everyday. the problem is that i cannot take too much eggs coz it will trigger my sinus.. sheesshh..
5. somtimes the rice is too tough.

on the bright side, we have syrup for all the 3 main meals and the chicken and fish taste good most of the time. so i'm happy with that =) plus we have fruits!! i love fruits!!

this continued on until one day when they just strike the syrup out of our menu and replaced it with warm water/ air suam. obviously the trainees were not happy with that. the reason they gave us was because too many people coughing and that it's the JLKN-kesihatan diet programme for us. so since then, we never had ANY cold drink(accept if you get from the lousy koperasi). and our food consumption is also being observed. no extra rice or dishes. even the size of the fish and chicken shrink. not that i mind, since i dont really eat a lot.

as a result of this funny diet programme, the trainees wrote funny remarks in the diet feedback book. such as...
1) air suam terlalu panas
2) kami mahu menu 2008 (no idea what's this)
3) kami mahu sirap!
4) boleh sediakan ais?
5) air suam terlalu tawar (funniest)
6) nak awek yang lebih cantik (to serve them. sheesh)
and many more

so what can i say? first they feed us like a boar then they make us go on diet. but hye, at least we have 6 meals a day!
0800 breakfast
1030 break
1230 lunch
1630 tea break
1830 dinner
2230 minum malam

i wonder how is it in the other camps..

National Service: The Facilities

now let's talk about the facilities in Kem Millennium, Beranang, Selangor.

let's start with the dormitories
in my camp, there 8 dorms for guys and 8 dorms for girls. dorm A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H. each dorm i supposed can cater shelter for about 25+ people i guess? i'm lucky enough to be in dorm F, it's not that far away. we are provided with locker (so small), bed, mattress, 2 pillows, bedsheet, pillow case and blanket. of cause they provide us with broom and kuntau as well. however, my camp operator doesnt provide iron for the wirawatis. the pro: dont need to find time to iron your class uniform. con: it's so embarassing to go out with such scruffy clothes! especially when you go to church!

each dorm have 4 doors, but we are only using 1 main door, because there was a break in case at the end of 2nd week. so we put all the empty bed and lockers against the 3 unused doors. the dorm is very hot in the afternoon, so most of us nap on the floor at noon. the windows are fine, with netting, so no mosquitoes problems (for us girls).

each dorm have their own washroom and toilet. you can either shower or mandi with the air kolah. obviously i chose to shower, lol. we have to clean the kolah once in every 3 weeks. on top of that, we have cleaners, which does not fit any purpose from my point of view, coz i dont see much difference in the hygiene of the washroom or toilet. we have 3 'washing panel' with 6 water pipes for us to do our laundry. overall, the washroom is okay. except that dorm F have the lousiest washroom coz the tiles are full of cement. the water is clean enough, so we dont have skin problems. the only thing i hate about the washroom is the fact that there's always no water at the sink and washing panel. thank god there's water at the toilet and shower room, otherwise i dont know la!

moving on to the dining hall. we are seperated at the dining hall. wira, wirawati and ketua have different places to sit. each week the company-on-duty will have to clean up the dining hall after each meal. the thing we hate about the dining hall is the fact that
1. the running water is too slow. it takes ages for us to do our dishes.
2. always not enough washing detergent!! very geram!
3. not enough cup! initially we had more than enough cups, but as time goes by, the cup just evaporated into thin air. i suspect its because too many people broke the cups and the camp operator doesnt bother to replace those cups! so, siapa cepat, dia dapat!

next we have the most lousiest koperasi! of all the facilities in the camp, this is the worst! just a small pail cost me RM8. i bet i can get that for RM 4 or RM 5 in sabah! bloodsuckers! but i had no choice, so i just buy la and complain. haha. even the pen there cost RM1.50 (i heard). to tell you the truth, i dont know, because i hate to go to the koperasi. why? cause..
1. too expensive
2. only 1 person running the koperasi
3. the person doesnt know how to count (one day i gave him RM 10, he returned me RM 13 =.=)
4. the place is always packed with people, although the things are expensive!
5. the person is soooooo slow. he gives you all the things you want + plastic, and when you want to pay, he wont entertain you. sheesssssshhhh!!!

other than that, we have dobi from outside. the dobi service is okay. except that there's one time when our clothes came back very dirty. but i'll give a 7.5/10 for the dobi la. if they continue giving us clean clothes back it would be nice.

we also have a camp clinic aka RSAT (rumah sakit angkatan tentera). but i hate to go to that place as much as i hate to go to any clinic. plus i've always hate to go and see the doctor. it seems that the med they give us are qute strong. i thought i was the only one facing that prob, but others complain too. we become dizzy after consuming the med. the doc even overdose me with cough syrup and flue med until i had to stay in the RSAT. sheesh. but we try to avoid from going to that place, we dont want to end up getting tangguh! so when i get headache, stomachache and cough, i just shut up and pretend nothing happen. at least at home you can go to the pharmacy. sheeshh..

other facilities includes lombong- where we do our water sports-, tower for flying fox and the rest of the facilities i havent seen yet, coz its out of camp. we also have padang kawad, gelanggang bola jaring, futsal, sepak takraw, bola tampar and ping pong table for aktiviti riadah.
overall, i think the facilities are okay, just need to coverup the loop holes. maybe i'll give them 6.5/10 now. i hope it will go up to 8/10 by the time i leave the camp!

National Service: The First Day

to be honest, there's so much to write. i cant make up my mind where to start. so i've decided to start with the first day simply because it is the FIRST.

the first day arriving at the camp at about 5pm or so, i was kinda tired and we had to walk for what seems like a thousand miles. we were brought to the bilik kuliah 1 (PK1 to register and PK2 to check our belongings) the registration was fine, and the 1st person to register in my mind was Cg Nagadevi. why? coz she said terima kasih wirawati! she had loud voice and was the only one bother to have some manners. lol! that was what i think back then.

moving on to PK2 to check our belongings, my hair dryer was confisticated! how dare you!!! not that i care, just that i was like die la, no hair dryer, sure headache! anyway, the jurulatih(JL) were nice enough to make me feel comfortable. they even joke around, though i cant remember what was their joke. in fact, at that point of time, i didnt even know they were the JLs!

after that i was like a lost sheep, looking for my dorm, i had no idea where on earth is it, so i just walk until one of the JL shouted from behind
JL :wirawati! dorm mana?
Me : dorm F.
JL : tau tak dorm kamu di mana?
Me : tak.
JL : ok ikut saya. pergi makan dulu di dewan makan baru pergi dorm
well, at least i was heading the right direction! so i just dumped my luggage with the other luggage, get my metal plate -the kind that they use in the prison- and headed for the food. while taking the food, i asked for cutleries, and i was told to eat with my hand. i thought they were joking! seriously!! for the next few days we had to eat with our hand because the camp operator didnt provide us with cutlery. however, for the past one month i havent use the cutlery for more than 10 times, coz i'm too lazy to walk back to my dorm to take the cutleries. since we've been 'trained' to eat with our hand for the first few days, we just go on doing that. until the JL ask us (my chinese friends and i) why are we using our hands.

ethel and i were looking for a place to sit when suddenly one of the JL shouted (well, called with a loud voice) at us. well, i THINK it was US la. so we went and sat next to the JL and at the opposite direction, there was a ROW of chinese girls, all smiling, i cant help it but laughed! cause i thought they were doing some kind of toothpaste advertisement. Then, my chinese pop out of my mouth and it sounded horrible coz i havent been speaking in chinese for a long time. hehe *innocent* so we sat down, eat and chingchong. the JL was very friendly, and her name is Cg Ziela (we call the JLs 'cikgu').

however, at the same time, i was like god, this food is... omg, how am i to eat this kind of food for the next 3 months? im gonna loose weight la if like this. seriously, the food on the 1st day was intolerable, but like it or not, you just have to push it down your throat. it's called survival.

after dinner, i went to the dorm. the chinese girls were nice enough to help me with my luggage :) my dorm is on the hill, so there's staircase. then i had my shower, scary also la 1st day showering at a new and weird environment. after that we went from dorm to dorm, because cg ziela made a deal with us. she say she will denda us if we dont visit all the other dorms. cheahh!!
my dormates were nice, but it took me like 5 days to remember all of their names. huhu.

then i dont remember what happened for the rest of the night..

Do I Really Look Chinese and The Day I Went To The BankS

PART I
hmm, i've intended to write about this for a few days already.
DO I REALLY LOOK CHINESE???

well, as you may have known, i went for medical check up on last tuesday. in the process i met a few people and 75% of the chinese spoke to me in chinese. in case 3, i dont even know if she is even a chinese, lol.

case 1:
sitting at the bahagian pentadbiran, waiting for the counter to open at 2pm. there's a chinese girl and her mother sitting next to me. they came with another sister and brother who was sitting somewhere else. obviously they ching-chong in chinese, so i decided to just ignore them. out of boredom, i look at the mother, who was sitting 2 chairs away. and she started talking to me in chinese. asking me if i'm selected for PLKN, which camp, from which school etc etc etc. so i just talk to her la. by the way, her son was the ONLY guy selected for PLKN in his class. how lucky or shall i say "lucky" eh? oh yeah, i thought my school aka st michael school is very famous, listed in MBOR some more (i'm trying to brag here), the lady AND her daughter doesn't know where on earth is st michael school la.. such pity! living in their own world..

case 2:
sitting near makmal 21 and 22. waiting for urine test result and supposed to have x-ray after that. so as i said before, the ahem lady didnt tell me that i'm supposed to put the x-ray form in the tray at the opposite counter. so i just sat there, not knowing what to do. well, honestly i didnt know im supposed to have my x-ray and get my urine test result.. so i just blur2 la waiting to be called or something. then there's this chinese girl, who was applying to enter politeknik, who sat next to me. she was as lost as i was. then she opened her mouth and asked me in chinese, are we supposed to go and register now or what? (we, or at least I was told to register at the main counter after going to makmal 21 and 22) so i told her i'm not sure. then she look at my x-ray form and told me to place it in the tray. thank god she exist..

case 3:
outside bilik 17. i finally finished my medical check up after the blood test and got my forms signed by the very nice doctor named roy martin (his name is interesting, lol). so i went out of the room, holding all the documents, letters, x-ray film and a cotton soak with antiseptic (i think) plus a damn-it face because everything was "falling out" of my hand and my finger has just been poke for the blood test.
*note: i'm afraid of blood and i wasn't that happy with the fact that my finger has just been purposely cutted/poked or whatever you call it.
then this dark skin lady who doesn't look anything like chinese, who was sitting RIGHT INFRONT of bilik 17, and who cant seem too see that i was helpless, opened her mouth and asked me in chinese: ni de camp shi bu shi ye shi zai selangor? miss, is your camp in selangor too? i was actually suprised, i almost dropped everything! woah, do i really look that chinese?

gosh, i tell you, for ONCE i'm so glad and thankful to my parents for sending me to chinese school. i dont think i can bear the shame of unable to understand or speak chinese. how embarrassing!

so that night, i asked a few friends the same question: do i really look like chinese?
and well, i guess so.. one of them told me this:
you look like chinese, you speak chinese, you have chinese eyes (yeah right, one big one small typical chinese eyes eh? hye you! if you are chinese, one of your eyes is smaller than the other and yes, it is obvious!!), you speak like chinese which means i speak fast, you have chinese slang (wow really?!?! well, okay, i DO have chinese slang when i feel like using it.. but i dont use my chinese slang in everyday, real life conversation! someone please agree with me!!! right, right, right??? AND!! how do they know i am chinese if i havent spoke to them before? right?? )

case 4:
so today i went to Agro Bank to open an account for PLKN, and i met this chinese lady with her son there. and she, too, asked me where is my camp in *sigh* chinese. do i really look THAT chinese??? i dont see the chinese in me! hmmm..

oh yeah, and then i asked my dad the same question today.
he say it's the way i dress. he say the bumi dress differently. well yeah, they dress differently, i dress normally okay! i dont dress like chinese with all the mini skirts and oh-i'm-so-chinese trying to poseur some hong kong star with those hanajuku dress and multiple layers and all!! huhu!! i dont dress like chinese!! *cry like doraemon*

but oh well, yeah. i'm 75% chinese. but i cant see the chinese on my face!! *sigh* i'm not anti chinese okay. i AM proud of who i am. chinese and kadazan, i'm proud being both. no question!

PART II
the day i went to the bankS
today, i went to Agro Bank and Maybank to open two accounts for two different purposes.

i wont elaborate more about agro bank as i've written about agro bank in part I. but what i wanted to share are
a) the good part: the security uncle there was very nice and helpful. he helped me to go get the proper forms, lend me a pen and guide me through the form =) malaysia will be a much better place if everyone is as nice and helpful as he was.
b) and the bad part: the staff in charge of keying in new account application only came in at about 2.20pm. when she came in, there was quite a long queue already. *sigh* well, i'm in a good mood today, so i wont say: such an irresponsible lady! waste so many people's time! instead i will say: hmmm.. maybe she had an emergency and the bank is under staff.

after Agro bank, i headed for maybank, where i heard the most ridiculous line in banking business. i wanted to open an account, but the desk girl *poof*, so i had to wait before a guy came.

*poof= disappeared to god knows where

Me: can i have a form of new application ?
Guy: for saving account?
Me: yes
--guy *poofs*. waited. desk lady came back.
Me: urm, excuse me, can i have a form for new saving account application?
Lady: okay,
--lady *poofs*. guy came back after few minutes. gives form to me
Guy: student or working?
Me: student.
GUy: which school?
Me: i was in st michael, but currently waiting for my SPM results.
Guy: to open an account in maybank, you have to be either a student or working. so now, you are not categorized as either student or working. how old are you?
Me: oh. 17.
Guy: you have to come with your parent.
Me: do you need his IC or just the person?
Guy: just the person
Me: okay, i'll call him to come over. (dad was at opposite mamak shop drinking teh tarik and reading NST)
--lady joins guy
Guy: do you have you original birth cert with you?
Me: urm no.... (inner monolog: why on earth do you need my birthcert?) can't i just use my IC?
Guy: no, IC is not enough, we need your birthcert.
Me: (inner monologue: do i look liek PTI or waht?) so, that means i cant open an account today?
Guy: yes
Lady: how about your student card?
Me: i dont have a student card. my school doesnt have student card. st michael doesnt USE student card. (i was getting irritated, but they were talking to me nicely, so i talk back nicely)
--Guy and girl looks at each other
Lady: surat lepas sekolah? oh ya, belum ada tue kan?
Me: no, dont have surat lepas sekolah yet
Lady: err.. macam mana nie ah? borang yang duduk exam tu.
Me: you mean the one that states all the subject you take and all? (forgoten the term slip SPM/ kenyataan peperiksaan)
Lady: Yang mau bawa masuk setiap kali exam tu.. kamu tiada sudah ka tu?
Guy: kau masih ada ka? atau sudah buang? (laughs)
Me: yang untuk SPM tu?
Lady: ah itu pun boleh la..
--guy walks to another desk
Lady:(look at guy) kau sudah scan ka IC dia ni?
--i walk over to scan IC and finger print
Guy: so you are going to work after this?
Me: no, i'm leaving for NS in a few days. in about one week time. yeah.
Guy: where?
Me: selangor
Guy: oh. syok la tue kan?
Me: haha, ya. jalan-jalan tingu tempat (cant think what to reply)
Guy: oh, so the next time i see you, you will be hitam-hitam la this kan?
Me: (right!! you have the guts to joke around? lol) haha. yeah.. are you open tomorrow?
Guy: hmm.. nooo.. (makes too-bad voice) you can come back on monday. come around 9, 9.15 like that la.. less people. if around this time, memang banyak orang tu..
--finish scanning and print out
Me: oh okay, i'll come back when i'm free la =) thank you.

sheessh.!! thank god i'm in a good mood. but what i find ridiculous was.. why do you need, BIRTHCERT when you have IC? some more verified with finger print again.. and student card? and parent (yeah, underage. lame).. but thank god they treat me nicely la =)

Medical Check Up

yesterday afternoon, i spent 2 1/2 hours going through medical check up at klinik kesihatan luyang forNS. i was there like since 1+ pm, but the counter only opened at 2pm. anyway, the process was okay. since i'm a first timer, i dont know what to expect, i was blur2 in my own world the whole time.

it started with the lady asking me to photostat the surat makluman. sheesh, but i get free photostat at my dad's friends place, lol. then i had my eye sight test (which sucks) coz i'm wearing specs and my vision was L6/12 R6/9. common, if you are wearing specs, it's supposed to be 6/6! the guy (i dont think he is a doctor, maybe just a pegawai perubatan or something) even joke around about that. huhu.

then took my height and weight. i'm still the old yvonne, 38 kg. god! i've been 38 kg for 5 years now!!! *sigh*.. my height? gosh someone please save me!! i'm shrinking!!!! 149cm. how could that be!?!! i was 151.5cm!!! for a moment i thought i wanted to cry!! the guy calculated my BMI, and its a weightless 17! "betul2 underweight kau nie.. makan banyak sikit ba!" was the man's remark =.=' that didnt help to make me feel any better okay!

moving on, another eyesight test, and of cause i passed because i am not colour blind okay. and blood pressure. another horror! 90/50!! man, why on earth is my bp so super low? for those of you who doesnt know this, the normal bp is 120/80. i must eat more SALT!! neah, i'm not gonna do that. sheesh!

the doctor was kind enough to tell me where to go next, so i went down and had my urine test and x-ray. i kindda lost my way for a moment coz i can find bilik 21 and bilik 22. but the stupid lady in bilik 21(urine test) didnt tell me that i'm supposed to place the x-ray form in the tray! thank god there's a nice lady who is doing her check up too who told me to put it there. x ray was.. i didn't know what to expect, all i know is that later i was a bit dizzy, bet lots of cell was dead. good la, so can reproduce new cells =D

after getting the urine test and x-ray results, i went and register at the counter and was sent for bilik 17. my number is 1504, and when i arrived there it was ONLY 1411. man, torture have to wait so long, i think about 1 hour. thank god there's this guy from lok yuk, also going for plkn and his father was there to keep me company. his father did most of the talking and save me from the agony of boredom. and he keep on calculating how many days is our training. hoho

then finally my check up is over. and i get all my forms signed and all. then i realise that i didn't go through blood test! so i had to request, sheesh. the lady who did my blood test was so not professional and so kasar.. apa la?!! but whatever la, at least i get my blood test done and know my blood group.

and all that, took me 2 1/2 hours. not so bad la.. i guess it was quite fast and i'm happy. that's about it.

no pics, i dont go around the klinik taking pics okay!

ranting about PLKN

i'm halfway reading through obnoxious 5xmom, but i stopped. because i know if i dont, i will keep on reading and reading and reading and i'll forget all about my intention of nagging, ranting and posting about what i wanted to nag, rant and blog.

today, i accompanied my sister to town, shopping for material, again. and i got myself a pair of POWER jogging shoes. i dont opt for nike or adidas and all. power aint bad what. besides, i dont have the patients to take goooood care of my shoes, so better go for the cheaper but still comfortable ones. actually i wanted a walking shoes, but.. oh well never mind. on the way home, my dad told me that my PLKN/NS letters are FINALLY here. gosh!!.. my friend got hers like exactly 2 weeks ago!! never mind that.

Photobucket
finally, my PLKN letters are here

so after trashing everything in the room, i opened the registered mail (not with a letter opener though, i dont own or need one). and voila! the envelope literally vomited everything from its stomach. and guess what's inside?

Photobucket
my surat pemberitahuan/ notification letter, borang pendaftaran peserta/registration form, buku panduan/manual and insurans.

Photobucket
very nice bus ticket. probably flying the army craft, cool!

there's like at least 11 letter/ forms + 1 manual. ELEVEN. so i pick up the most important letter, the surat makluman or whatever you call it while my sister also busy body with the rest of the content of the envelop. the only interesting part of the letter is a bus ticket. rights. then i quickly go through the rest of the letters/ forms, and there's like THREE ( i think it's 3) medical forms. like why on earth do we need three medical forms to prove that we are healthy or not? sheesh. well, never mind. i think i should go through them one more time to see the rational.

Photobucket
my three medical forms including the tatacara pengedalian pemeriksaan perubatan stuff (read below)

anyway, what irritates and made me laugh were some ridiculous medical questions:
BAHAGIAN 2
pernahkah anda menghadapi penyakit-penyakit berikut?
loosely translated as:

NOTA:
1. sekiranya anda menjawab ADA atau TIDAK PASTI pada mana-mana jawapan bahagian 1 dan 2 di atas, and dikehendaki menjalani pemeriksaan perubatan di klinik kesiihatan kerajaan yang berhampiran.
means that... if you ever have dizziness/ headache/ migraine/ gastik/ abdominal pain aka sakit perut (all this are listed in the form), then you have to get medical check up. in short, everyone gets free medical check up! yay!! coz everyone must have experienced one of the above. right??????
wahahaha.. i dont want to write anymore.. otherwise i'll be stretching my post. hehe..
eh you know! they even have garis panduan tatacara pengendalian pemerikasaan perubatan peserta PLKN oleh pegawai perubatan dan pakar perubatan! why do we need that ah? oh! maybe its for the people in the klinik desa hor??

but they are sweet enough to give us a check list!

Photobucket

3.borang menangguhan
4. borang permohonan pengecualian (okay la, maybe for those yg wanna tangguh or dikecualiakan)
8. garis panduan tatacara pengendalian pemerikasaan perubatan peserta PLKN
10. spesifikasi perkhidmatan perlindungan insuran bagi pelatih PLKN

Photobucket
