why am i such a great friend? and rants

hi all, sorry for not updating for a long time. it has been like what? 3 weeks? *sigh*
well, nothing INTERESTING came up, so nothing to post lo..

anyway, i was clearing my stuff (still, 1 week oredy) and i found a love letter from my darling.
it's interesting, and put a wide smile on my face.. guess who is it from? that person wrote the following :

why are you such a great friend
1. you remember my birthday (and makes sure u dont forget yours)
2. you have an annoying smile (but funny all the same)
3. you are sarcastic (means you're not dull)
4. you like to make sure i smile everyday (xoxo)
5. you like my father (this is amusing)
6. you listen patiently to my rants. (patience is virtue... yeah yeah)
7. you quoted quotes to me (informative what)
8. you are approachable (haha) ---i think the person is running out of words.
9. you know how to make me speechless (Seriously!)
10. you're simply a bloody great person to start with (lol)

for people who actually knows us, this is an easy guess :)

anyway, in case you all are wondering why i didnt update, the reasons are as follows:
1. lazy
2. nothing interesting to blog
3. busy, matrix ba! oh yeah, i dint get ipta..hehe
4. dunno what to blog
5. busy downloading movie
6. mum makes me watch boys over flower with her for like 4 days? or was it 5 days straight. so cannot online, and lack of sleep! haha.. reminds me of form 5, watch drama with my mum from 8pm to 5am straight.. so much so for spm.. haha
7. ..... i run out of reasons.....

anyway.. on 17th april, i went to piza hut.. and the person serve us (my dad and i) pizza, lasagna together with cheese powder, the one in the lil small plastic bowl.. so we had our meal and chit chat, happened that we didnt finish half the cheese powder. suddenly, one of the 'waiter' came to our table, grab that lil plastic bowl of cheese powder and gave it to the person few tables away. can you believe that? my dad and i just look at each other, speechless. i cant make up my mind if that was funny and amusing or shocking and annoying. yeeeee! so not hygienic oh!! it's not like coffee shop! can you imagine those people on the other table enjoying my dad and my amylase enzyme? fross. poor guy. and... my dad went straight to the washroom when we came back.. you can guess why. if there's anything to blame, i'll blame the cheese powder

Milo The Malt Drink

okay here's some hint: green can or box? with the word ANTIGEN E on it? or maybe some athlete? or kids?
if you still have no faintest idea on what on earth is this thing called milo, then obviously you were not born and raised in Malaysia. but still, even non malaysian knows MILO *sigh*

okay, why milo? why i chose to write about milo? thanks to Kanivanan who, well, suggested that i write about milo. which initially i said no. but things change and i decide to write about MILO. and i shall tell the story after these facts (though i dont know how factual this is):

here's some very, ahem, interesting facts about MILO:
1. it is a nestle product which originated from australia
2. our dear Malaysia account for 90% of the world wide consumption of MILO. yes, you heard me right. ninety percent.
3. try making a cold cup of milo and microwave it for 40-60 seconds, then you will have a layer of milo biscuit on top =)
4. there is an organisation called "Milo Cricket" which operates in most areas by volunteers.
5. there is such thing as MILO dinosaur. dont believe? try checking out the official milo website. you can make one yourself by adding extra undisolved milo powder on top of a glass of disolved milo
6. the is also such thing as MILO godzilla: a cup of Milo with ice cream and/or topped with whipped cream. god knows why they give such weird names
7. Neslo, i believe most of you tried this before. nescafe+milo=neslo. we need some maths here
8. It is also sometimes used as an alternative to jam and put in bread or also as an ingredient in roti canai. obviously i didnt know this, coz i've never been to a mamak stall, so much so for being a malaysian

well, here's a real life story that happened yesterday and which i would like to share.
*mum walking into the kitchen*
Mum : Von! you want tea?
Von : No, i want milo. with milk
*Von follows mum into the kitchen and saw mum making drinks*
Von : May, ko sudah simpan susu? [mom, have you added milk?] *opens the fridge and look at the 2 cartons of milk. fresh milk and soya bean milk*
Mom : sudah [already]
Von: *looks at mom* susu apa ko taru? *open the cap of the fresh milk which is still sealed*
*looks at each other and laugh*

well, what happened was that my mum added SOYA BEAN milk into my cup of milo instead of fresh milk. so, a new recipe was created. actually it taste more like chocolate flavoured soyabean milk than soya bean flavoured milo!

1 Borneo

it's like 2.16 am in the morning. yet i'm so tempted to blog about 1 borneo. i've been to 1 borneo 3 times this week and i didn't get a single peace of cloth. the horror! what kindda girl am i?

on monday, straight after my last SPM paper (the tiu account, hehe) i went to 1B. on thursday, went there again with my best friend and her gang while my mom worry sick (mummy child ma,hehe) this is what we did, watch..

well, girls would probably drool over edward, but you can count me out =) and sempat take pic summore.. and eat waffles (peanut + choc and blue+strawberry jem)

and i bought a nice purple bad for my phone =)

on sunday, went there again for... guess what? grocery shopping. *roll eyes*. that was the main purpose la.. but we ended up having dinner at xiao er bak kut teh (like that ka the spelling that?) and shopping RM 5 stuff at Daiso. i wont tell you what i get there for someone, manatau he reads my blog, die loh! but i almost go crazy coz al the things there nice2 wor... and so cheapppp!

they even sell angel's wing! but too small for me =)

at the end of it, we didnt do grocery shopping, we just enjoy the christmas atmosphere in 1B. i love it. hehe..

SPM is FINALLY over. yeap.

well, my freedom started of with a curse (not exactly, but still!) why one earth was the accounts paper so damn (curse2) hard!??! i dont even understand what the question wants me to do. i'm starting to think that add maths was easier. *cry* i want my A!!!! and my ACCA cert!!! =(

haiz, nevermind that.. it's good to be stress free. not that i am. when spm i over, i have other things to worry about. such as PLKN (again) and ISCEP.

so now that i'm free, it's soo nice,in the sense that.. for example today :
woke up, no worries.. when my sis say, lets go wisma merdeka.. without hesitation, i just went and get ready. if you know me, then you would probably know that i'll normally hesitate, think of some stupid reason, and finally, i'll just stay at home. call me boring, but yeah, i dont like to shop.

anyway, yesterday i accompanied my sister shopping til, omigosh, i came home and went to bed straight! so tired! do you know that i've never known that brownies taste so much better than cake!!! well, at least the secret recipe ones. normally, i'll order cake. but yesterday i ordered brownie.. forgotten the name, sumthing chocolate with ice cream on top of it. my gosh! it taste so good!! anyone wanna but me one?? on top of that, the fruit yoghurt taste good too, but i think i prefer yogurberry =)

by the way, i went to nike today, and i saw one pair of shoes. so nice!!! i want !! abuhthen, it's the kind where you wear for indoor sports, it's not like for walking shoes. knowing me, the ganas girl, i would probably not be able to take good care of it.. so, i didnt buy it =(

hmm i'm lazy to talk liao.. wanna go watch my tutor friend 2 afterwards =) by the way, i'm going to the movies on thursday, cant wait! it's been ages since i went to that place.. ah! it's so so good to get a life back!
